Blueberry syrup forms the base, balanced against hand-squeezed lime and a handful of fresh mint, then topped with sparkling fizz for the same light, bubbly finish you’d expect from a classic mojito.

It’s completely alcohol-free, so it works for pretty much anyone at the table, and the flavor holds its own — mellow and a touch sweet, less tart than our pomegranate version and rounder than the strawberry one, which makes it a good pick if you’re not sure which fruit mojito to try first.
