Hand-squeezed lime and fresh mint keep it grounded in mojito tradition, while a top-up of sparkling fizz gives it the same light, refreshing finish you’d expect.

It’s completely non-alcoholic, so it works just as well as a daytime cooler as it does alongside dinner.
